Rules

Fights consist of 3-2 minute rounds with 1-minute breaks between.

Points are given for punches, kicks and takedowns.

If the fight goes into a clinch, the competitors have 5 seconds to perform a takedown before they're broken apart.

They are given 30 seconds on the ground to submit the other competitor before being separated and stood back up.

Kicks and punches are allowed anywhere on the body.

There is only punching while on the ground in the full-contact bouts.If a competitor starts to bleed, the fight will be stopped for a cleanup and the bloody fighter will be asked if they are able to continue.

Scoring is as follows.
10-10 = even score.
10-9= one competitor dominated the round.
10-8= one competitor was given an 8-count and the other dominated.
10-7= one competitor absolutely dominated the round, the other getting more than one 8-count.
