"TRIPLE IMPACT" - Professional Muay Thai is back in Calgary on January 28th, 2006!!!

The Calgary Amateur Kickboxing and Muay Thai Association (CAKMA) are pleased to promote their first action packed event of 2006!! 'TRIPLE IMPACT' is guaranteed to have at least 7 action packed, world class Muay Thai bouts.

Calgarys own Trevor TNT Smandych will headline the event, returning to the ring in Calgary for the first time in fifteen months!!! This also marks the return of Professional Full Muay Thai Rules to Calgary in 15 months!!! While patiently waiting for the opportunity to fight in front of a Calgary audience again, Smandych has been battling tough opponents all over the world, running his professional record to 23-3-1!!! He now steps into the ring with Portugal's Gil Silva. This event 'TRIPLE IMPACT', is being filmed for television to be shown during early 2006.

Team Canada, coached by Ajarn Mike Miles, will be taking on athletes from Portugal, USA and Canada!! The under card features the talents of Scott Clark, Jesse Miles, Misty Sutherland, Phil Leier... all itching to compete in front of a Calgary audience while they prepare for the 2006 World Amateur Championships in Bangkok, Thailand in May/June 2006.
