Jujitsu World Championships
June, 2004

The CANADIAN JUJITSU TEAM will be heading to Sao Paulo Brazil on to compete under the leadership of Shihan Tim Henry, one of the best practicioners of jujitsu in the world. The event will be taking place on June 18, 19 and 20th.

As the Canadian government doesn't support our local athletes, the team has turned to corporations and local business for support. Adidas has stepped up with track suits for the team and Fitness World had donated their facilities for training.

An anonymous sponsor has also donated 14 Startrack 3000 Treadmills and 10 Keiser Spinbikes for the team to sell. They are regularly priced at $4500 and $1200 respectively, but the team is selling them for $1500 and $300.
